Hello, my name is Elsie Rogers.  I got my start in designing pet clothes after some friends and coworkers asked me to perform alterations on garments they had purchased from various websites.  After completely disassembling and reassembling a few of these, it occurred to me that it would probably be easier to start from scratch and fabricate a totally new garment.    Meanwhile, my friends, very pleased with my efforts, had the same idea, and showered me with orders for new garments.  A couple of them even went out and purchased their own material.  So impressed were they by the results that they began encouraging me to go into business myself.  That is how Quality Petwear was born.
